Collected personal information
In France, personnal informations  are protected by the law N 78-87 of January 6th, 1978, the law N 2004-801 of August 6th, 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the Penal code and the European Directive of October 24th, 1995.

In any case O2S  collects personal information relative to the user (name, e-mail address, phone number) only for the need of the proposed services, in particular for inquiries by means of the on-line form. The user supplies this information in full knowledge of the facts, in particular when it proceeds by himself to their seizure. It is then specified that to the user of the site the compulsory character or not information which it would be brought to supply.

No personal information of the user of the site is:
- Collected without knowing the user
- Published without knowing the user
- exchanged, transferred, given up or sold on a some support to thirds (third parties)

Rectification of  personnal collected informations
According to provisions of the article 34 of the law N 48-87 of January 6th, 1978, the user has a right(law) of modification of the collected name specific data concerning him(it). To do it, the user sends to O2S Evaluate:
- An e-mail by using the form of contact - a mail at the address of the Company of the association (indicated above) by indicating its name or its company name, its physical and\or electronic address and phone number(coordinates). The modification will intervene for the reasonable deadlines (extensions) from the reception of the request of the user.
